The Program

Welcome to The Oxygen Plan. It’s as simple as breathing.

Breathing…ahhhhh…the very necessary involuntary response. Good thing you don’t have to make an appointment with your lungs to refresh or “oxygenate” your body and your mind. It just happens, naturally. (Try it now. Just take a good, deep breath.)

Our program happens naturally, too, once you get the hang of it and let it work for you! There are no mandatory meetings, tests or secret formulas. The most important part of following The Oxygen Plan is making a conscious commitment to yourself to make your life better!

Life becomes better when we are successful and happy in our endeavors, in all aspects of our lives – at work, at home and in our social interactions. The Oxygen Plan is a simple, patent-pending, four-step program, which teaches you how to gain a greater sense of control over the everyday stresses that prevent you from being all you can be.

The four steps of The Oxygen Plan are:

First, you will learn how to take emotional and behavioral Inventory of the people, places and things that consistently bog you down with various kinds and levels of stress. Just by identifying these factors – at home, at work and in social situations – you’ll feel as if a burden has been lifted!

Next, you’ll Categorize the people, places and things in your inventory, according to the kinds of stress they elicit in you. We’ve made this part really easy by using a color-coded format to do this. Using just three colors – green, yellow and red – you’ll learn how to assign a color rating to your individual sources and effects of stress.

A green rating denotes the most positive amount of wellness and happiness; a yellow rating defines those “iffy” areas of stress-related experiences that you can manage or choose to alter and red signifies the existence of the most harmful kinds of stress.

With the knowledge you’ll acquire in the first two steps, you’ll proceed to Setting Life Rules. Here, you will create a “database” of behaviors; a working cache of responses and behaviors in times of stress. We think of setting life rules as plotting a reliable roadmap to your best, least stressed destination – a place that exists for the best you?!

The fourth and last step, Repeat, allows you to combine all the information and insights you’ve gained to insure lasting success in your goal to become less stressed or stress-free! We call that “living in the green”, where your best, happiest, most fulfilling and most-worth-repeating life choices, abound!

Stress Reduction Program The Oxygen Plan, a stress reduction program, is a sensible and satisfying way to live. The program, with just a few steps, is as easy as breathing!
