Up Close and Personal:
3 Easy Pieces to Reduce Stress Levels

You will be given a series of questions which will urge you to take a candid, in-depth look at your most important and vital relationships and activities.

For example, you will be asked about:

  1. People who have had the greatest influence or impact on your life and why. The ways in which others have affected us —negatively or positively—can remain with us for years.
  2. Places that hold special or memorable associations—good or bad.
  3. Things—events, emotional reactions and behaviors, or tangible items that you can touch, see, hear, smell and taste—that continue to provoke stressful or calming feelings and behaviors.

The answers to these comprehensive questions will, of course, differ according to each individual’s life experience. The purpose of securing this information is to assess which experiences add to or diminish your stress levels.

Reduce Stress Levels Reduce stress levels by categorizing the people, places, & things in your life, the second step of The Oxygen Plan. Take a candid look at stressors.
